Purchasing Terms

1. About Shipping
After the payment is completed, we will pack and ship the goods as soon as possible, depending on the quantity. By default, we use Yousu Express (please inform the customer service if you need to change the courier). If Yousu Express cannot reach your area, we will forward the goods to other couriers (please make up the postage).
2. About color difference
The product photos are professionally shot and are as consistent as possible with the actual goods. However, due to differences in light and color display, personal understanding of colors may vary. The final color should be determined by the actual product.
3. Payment Method
We encourage buyers to use Alipay escrow transactions. For mixed batch or small amount orders, we only ship after payment is received. For special reasons, please contact us to negotiate payment methods. For custom designs, we require a deposit for delivery.
"4. About Receiving Goods
Please check the goods in time after they are sent out. If you have not received the pickup notice within ten days, please contact us so that we can assist in investigating the whereabouts of the goods. Before signing for the receipt, please check if the goods are complete. If there are any problems, please contact us, and we will deal with them appropriately.
5. Returns and Exchanges
If there are any quality issues, we offer free returns and exchanges (please contact us immediately after receiving the goods). For any issues outside of quality, the return shipping fee will be borne by the buyer. Please ensure that the item is brand new with no scratches, and any intentional damage to the item will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
