The inspection of a pair of pliers is mainly from the following aspects:
(1) grasp the handle of the clamp and face it to the bright place. The cutting edge shall not be transparent, otherwise it is unqualified and the gap shall not be greater than 0.3mm
(2) the clamping Angle shall not be less than 22°
(3) there should be no blocking phenomenon in the cheek, and can cut the hard steel wire of 1.6mm
(4) the tail rubber sleeve should not be obviously loose
(5) there should be no obvious scratches on the surface plating
Usage: clamp or break the metal sheet and cut off the wire, the iron handle for general use, the insulation handle for electric occasions.
