1. About color difference

The goods are in kind. They are all made by hand. We are very concerned about color difference and small defects. Please consider carefully before deciding whether to order or not.

2. About color selection

  All the products in our shop are shipped according to the color of the picture.

3. About delivery

 We will deliver the goods within 48 hours (two days) after the buyer makes the payment. We will contact you by phone or by mong wang if the goods are out of stock (except Sunday).

4. About freight charges

    The goods will be delivered by default, and the freight will be paid when the goods are picked up. Please contact the customer service for modification before payment. If you need express delivery, please contact customer service.

5. About after-sales service

 If there is any quality problem within 3 days from the date of receipt, please contact us in time. If the quality is ok, do not do the return and exchange of goods processing, by oneself do not like, with the picture too big difference, unsatisfactory, unsatisfactory or not as good as imagined so subjective factor dominant reason, the product that the buyer buys is not allowed to return and exchange goods.
