1. About color difference

  The color difference and color caused by the difference of the background, light, and computer display reduction will be different, which is not controllable and is not a quality problem. The goods are in kind. It is basically made by hand. Please consider carefully about the color difference and minor defects before deciding whether to order.

2. About color selection

  All products of our shop are delivered according to the color of the picture.

3. About delivery

 We will deliver the goods within 48 hours (two days) after the buyer places the order and makes the payment. (except on Sunday), we will contact you by phone or want to contact you if the goods are out of stock.

4. About freight charges

    By default, the store will send the logistics, and pay the freight when picking up the goods. Please contact the customer service for modification before payment. If you need express delivery, please contact customer service.

5. About after-sales service

 If there is any quality problem, please contact us within 3 days from the date of signing for it. We will give the reply of return and replacement. If the quality is no problem, do not return or replace goods processing, only by their own do not like, and the picture is too big, unsatisfactory, or not as good as imagined and other subjective factors dominate the reason, the buyer of the product is not allowed to return or replace goods.
