About color difference: we try our best to keep the color difference with the actual product in the photo. However, due to the differences in light, Angle, color deviation of the display, personal perception of color and other aspects, the real product may have some color difference with the photo. The final color is subject to the actual product, which is not a quality problem.

Random delivery: we hope to meet the selection requirements of dear friends to the greatest extent. However, due to mixed production, in order to reduce the shortage of goods after your shooting, we define some goods with more styles and colors and less impact as random delivery.

Instructions for return and replacement: if the goods have quality problems, please contact us to return the goods within 3 days after receiving the goods. If the goods are not returned or replaced due to quality problems, the buyer shall bear the freight and keep the outer packaging and accessories intact, which will not affect the second sales.

About signing and receiving: please check with the Courier before signing and receiving. If you find any damage to the goods in transportation, please indicate the name, quantity and contact us next to your signature. If the signature is confirmed, the default is to sign in good condition, and the family member and friend's doorman shall be deemed to sign in good condition.

About express delivery: if there are problems in the express delivery link, as the seller, we will actively clear up and follow up, but please don't take dear friends's dissatisfaction with express delivery as the basis for our evaluation.
