Practice method:
 The average person's left foot is not as flexible as the right foot, and the person who has not kicked the shuttlecock can also kick the right foot once or twice. Therefore, it is advisable for the left foot to start the exercise first, that is, to kick with the left foot once, which is required to be vertical. The right foot should be kicked again with the hand. The left and right feet can be kicked continuously after, change to left and right two feet each kick to catch, each kick to catch, each kick three times, each kick four times... (2) kicking:

Practice method:
 In practice, throw the shuttlecock with your hands not more than the chin, knock (bump) with your knees, and then catch it with your hands, just like the practice method of plate kick, form a knock and a catch. After being skilled, you don't need to throw shuttlecock with your hands, change to plate kick to form a kick, and then exchange the two knees after coordination, the more the better.
 
(iii) turning and kicking:

Practice method:

(iv) stretching and kicking:
 In some places, it is called \"stretch tip\". It is a shuttlecock with two toes and three toes outside, which can be used to kick shuttlecock with one foot. Practice method:
