1. Charge the mobile power bank:

Connect the adapter that comes with your phone to the mobile power source through the cable, inserting it into the port marked IN. Then, plug the power adapter into the AC outlet. You can then charge your phone. When the charging is complete, all the power indicator lights will be lit.When the light is on, it indicates that the internal battery is fully charged and can stop charging.

2、Charging mobile phones and other digital devices.Any digital device with a 5V adapter can be charged by this portable power bank.

Insert the charging cable into the OUT port marked on this product, connect the appropriate adapter to your mobile phone or other digital device, and press the button to turn on the power. You can then charge your device.The presence of a charging indicator on a mobile phone or other digital device indicates that the charging process is normal.

1. Charge the appliance for the first two times until it is fully charged, which will better activate the built-in battery's capacity.

2. When the product is not used for a long time, charge it at least once every month. 

3. When all the charging indicator lights are on, remove the charging plug to avoid damaging the battery due to prolonged charging. 

4. Please use this product under environmental temperature of 0-45 degrees Celsius and relative humidity of 29-70%RH, and keep it away from moist and flame-prone areas.

5. Please keep the product in a dry place, away from moist and corrosive materials, and do not use chemicals such as soap or cleaners to clean it.

6. It is strictly prohibited to disassemble, strike, throw into a source of fire or water, or cause personal safety accidents.

7. If you find that the battery has swelled, leaked fluid, or has an unusual odor, please stop using it immediately.

Warranty Regulations:

1. If there are quality problems with the normal use, the warranty period promised by the company will be used for replacement and warranty. 

2. For products with appearance damage within the warranty period, only warranty services are provided.

3. Random accessories and gifts are not covered by the warranty and exchange policy.

Under the following circumstances, the warranty will automatically become invalid:

1. The product has been damaged due to incorrect operation, negligence, or unforeseen circumstances such as (floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning strikes, wars, etc.).

2. The product has been repaired or modified by non-company technicians.

3. Severe damage or destruction to the appearance.

Repair Agreement:

1. Since the date of your receipt of the goods, if there is a fault due to the product's own reasons within 7 days, please contact our customer service for consultation. If the problem is confirmed by our company after inspection, we promise to provide a replacement.

2. Products that need to be replaced must be in good packaging and complete accessories, which do not affect the second sale. 

3. All products in need of repair will incur return shipping costs, which you will be responsible for. Once we receive the goods, our customer service team will contact you further. We will reject any items that are to be paid upon arrival and return them.

Please ensure to include a note in the returned express parcel stating your ID, address, name, phone number, and the product's problem, to facilitate the customer service team in returning the item or contacting you in a timely manner.
