 1: about the delivery process

  After our company places an order, the corresponding customer service personnel will print the product list and hand it to the warehouse administrator. The warehouse administrator checks and picks up the goods in the warehouse according to the list, and then submits it to the Packer for checking and acceptance. Finally, the shipper sent it to the express company and the courier to check it together. The Courier signs and confirms on the list, then packs it and delivers it to the courier company to scan and deliver the goods, and the shipper will bring the list back to the customer manager to keep it.

  Special Note: Because we are a wholesale website, the single shipment is fast, and the physical wholesale is synchronized, so it is difficult to update the inventory in time. If less than 4 items are out of stock, we will deliver the goods directly without further notice; If the quantity is large, we will communicate with customers by phone, hoping that customers can understand.

2: About delivery timeliness

The goods will be delivered within 48 hours after the customer places an order. In case of holidays, the delivery time of the courier will be postponed. After the actual delivery, it will be declared that the delivery city is different. The time for receiving the goods is also different. Generally, the goods can be received within 3 to 7 days after the actual delivery (some remote counties it usually takes 5 to 7 days to arrive at many transfer stations) we cannot promise that the product will arrive at the buyer within a few days after shipment because we cannot control the carrier Express Company (or post office) I can't understand the quality and attitude of the dispatch staff in your region.
