Requirements for construction base operation conditions:

3. When the color steel tile gap exceeds 0.3mm, it should be reinforced. Construction can be carried out only after handling.

4. Yin and Yang angle, the elevation of the pile is at the inner corner of the plane Yin angle and vertical elevation wall, and the gap should be treated.

5. In the early morning construction, when there is dew on the color steel tile surface, the construction must be stopped.

6. During the construction of rusty color steel, the embroidered surface exceeds 50%, and the color steel tile needs to be derusted. (Heat-resistant 80°C, low temperature-40°C)

7. When the cement-based surface is connected, the cement-based surface is required to be firm and smooth, and the base surface treatment agent is brushed during construction.

Construction Technology:

1. Clean the base surface:
Use the mop bar to check the dust on the colored steel tile. If there is rust, it must be removed to make it smooth and clean.

2. Make additional layers:

Additional layers shall be made at Yin-Yang angle, vent, gutter, etc. The additional layers shall be 15 cm30cm wide and extended along the central axis of Yin-Yang angle.

3. Large-area construction:

A: First Play the baseline, so that the coiled materials posted are neat and beautiful.

B: When laying coiled materials, align the square coiled materials at the part to be constructed and start paving from the downhill direction of flowing water. The vertical wall is paved from the lower direction to the upper direction of the elevation.

Pay attention to matters;

1. No dust is required on the roof. Clean it. The old roof can be scrubbed with a mop.

2. The thickness of coiled material is preferably 1.5mm or 2.0mm.

3. It is not suitable for construction in foggy days or when heavy rain begins to stop, moisture will produce bubbles.

4. Between coiled materials and coiled materials, the lap joint between coiled materials and reinforcing layers must be firm, and the phenomenon of curling cannot exist. Conditional projects can do water spraying experiments.

5. The waterproof layer that has just been constructed should not be uncovered at will, because the longer the bonding time is, the stronger the bonding effect will be. 6. The construction temperature shall not be lower than 5°C or higher than 35°C.
