About purchasing: Dear! We mainly do wholesale, not retail. All prices are wholesale prices and do not include shipping.
About customizing: Dear! We support custom processing and logo creation. The minimum order quantity depends on the products you choose. For details, please contact our customer service.
Regarding logistics: small items can be sent by courier, and large items are recommended to be sent by freight forwarding. Our cooperating courier is ZTO Express, and the fee will be charged based on the actual weight. For freight forwarding, the payment will be made upon arrival. If you need us to pay the freight forwarding fee in advance, please contact our customer service.
About shipping: normally, the goods will be shipped within 48 hours. In special cases, such as during peak seasonal periods or when the warehouse is out of stock, the shipping time may be extended appropriately. Please understand.
About receiving the goods: Please verify if there are any damage or missing goods before signing for the delivery. If there are any issues, please contact us first to negotiate the handling.
Regarding out-of-stock items: To ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely manner, we will first contact customers whose orders are out of stock. With their permission, we will dispatch the products that are available. Customers can then apply for a refund for the out-of-stock items after receiving their deliveries. If the customer does not allow this, we will negotiate a refund and kindly request their understanding.
About after-sales service:
1. The color and pattern of the products on the web may vary due to the lighting during shooting and different monitors, so the actual color of the products may differ from the pictures. Please refer to the actual products for accuracy.
2. If there are quality issues with the product, a return or exchange can be made. If the damage is caused by personal negligence and affects the resale, the product is not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be informed.
3. If the product is damaged, please take a photo and contact our customer service. The photo must show two details: first, a picture of the unharmed shipping box; second, a detailed view of the damaged product. This will help us communicate with you to replenish the stock.
4. We support issuing invoices. If you need to issue an invoice, the buyer will bear the cost of the invoice. For specific charging standards, please consult the customer service.
