Ordering Rules:

1. The price is the actual wholesale price, and we support mixed batching with no quantity limit. As long as you can place an order, we will ship it. After clicking "Confirm the order", the system will automatically calculate the courier fee, and you can see the specific charging standards of the courier company. If you need to send goods by logistics, please contact us to change the freight to 0, and the freight of logistics is collected on arrival, and you need to pick up yourself. Because at present, it is impossible to choose to send logistics or courier by yourself when placing an order on Ali, our system is set to default to send courier.

2. Yiwu small commodities, price per piece. We hope you can view the product introduction and images with abstract thinking. The products are continuously improved and upgraded, and some product images have been processed by the art design team. If you are looking for a specific product from a certain manufacturer, please contact us before placing an order to confirm the actual product.

3. If the product has color options, we will ship according to the order. If there are no color options, the shipment is usually random, and the randomness is based on what colors we have in our warehouse.

4. Please make full use of the "Leave a Message for Seller" feature to note any special requirements. We will try our best to meet them, so that the warehouse can see the notes and avoid sending the wrong goods or the wrong logistics, and so on.

II. Shipping Rules:

1. Our main shipping methods are two: for small quantities, we recommend using express delivery, which is convenient and fast. For large quantities, logistics is more cost-effective, but you need to go to the logistics company to pick up the goods, which is generally not very convenient. By default, the express delivery is China Post, and the logistics is the dedicated line freight. Every day in Yiwu, there are many trucks to various places. As long as the place has a relatively developed trade with Yiwu, there are direct trucks. After the goods arrive, the freight company will call to notify the pick-up. Even if there are no direct trucks in the county and city, the freight company will arrange trucks to transfer the goods. The direct place freight fee is about 30 yuan per piece of goods, and the need for transfer places transfer fee is about 20 yuan.

2. The goods will be shipped within 1-2 days after payment, except in special circumstances. Due to the imperfection of the Ali backend, the specific shipping time is determined by the courier's scanning record, not by the "click shipping" on the backend. The logistics is determined by the updated logistics number and phone number.

3. If you have a specific logistics request, please note the Yiwu phone number and address in the "Leave a Message for the Seller" section. The chat record will not be used as a proof.

4. Direct delivery usually takes about three to four days, while delivery via transfer takes an additional one or two days. Exceptions may apply. The actual arrival time is subject to actual delivery. We cannot control the delivery time, but you can specify the logistics if there are specific requirements for delivery time.

5. The specific pickup address will be notified by the freight forwarding company. If it is inconvenient to pick up, you can specify the logistics or send by courier.

6. We can also ship according to the customer's specified logistics, such as Deyong, Jiaji, Xibang, Tiandi Huayu. However, the freight is relatively expensive.

Section Three: After-sales Rules
1. Within 3 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), timely feedback on product information and receipt information (fragile and susceptible to compression, whether there is a shortage, the actual receipt situation), and any late submissions will not be accepted. False or exaggerated claims will not be accepted if verified.
2. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as determined by the date of signature on the shipping document), if you discover any quality issues such as functional failure in the product, please contact us immediately. We will not accept any claims after this period.
3. When the customer receives the goods, they should open the box for inspection regardless of whether the outer packaging box is damaged. If there are any quality problems such as damage due to transportation issues, please ask the relevant transportation company to provide a proof with a fresh stamp, and provide this proof to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim.
4. Refunds for items returned without actual quality issues as reasons of dissatisfaction or unlikeness will not be accepted.
5. For all quality-related returns, please accumulate a minimum of five kilograms of products for a return. The return shipping fee will be borne by our company (we refuse to accept returns using expensive logistics services such as DEYANG or JIAJIE, and the return method should be negotiated with our after-sales customer service). If the customer insists on returning, the shipping fee will be at their own expense. After all, we are dealing in mixed batches rather than retail, so please understand each other!
