  1. We sell inflatable balloons that need to be inflated by the customer themselves. The product shipping fee is only for reference.

    Please contact customer service to modify the shipping fee after submitting the order.

  2. Due to the special nature of balloons, the average loss rate of domestic balloons is generally around 5%, so please order the reserves according to the loss rate.

    Please check the quantity of the goods upon receipt. If it exceeds 3 days and you have not processed it, please check it in time. Thank you for your cooperation!

  3. When inflating, it is recommended to use devices that can control the amount of air, such as hand pumps and foot pumps. For aluminum film balloons, it is recommended to use a hand pump to avoid overinflation.

     The air pressure should be around 70% to avoid overinflation causing the balloon to burst and affect its use.
