1. Replacement of fault table
if the product is not worn without affecting the secondary sales, and the order is in within 2 months, more than 20 are Accumulated. Contact customer service to exchange the goods. We (the seller) are responsible for the return postage;
not accumulated for 20 pieces, the buyer is responsible for the replacement postage; If the order is more than 2 months, the replacement will not be handled.
In order to let customers get products with more price advantages, they are low-value and low-profit. When the number of watches is small, the freight may be much higher than the profit. Please understand.

2. Replacement of non-fault tables
if the product is not a quality problem (including minor defects) and needs to be replaced, replace the same product with different colors or other styles according to the following discount price:
order within one month, it is calculated at 10% off the value of the goods, and the postage for return and exchange shall be borne by the buyer;
order within 2 months, the postage for return and exchange shall be borne by the buyer according to the 20% discount of the value of the goods;
order within 3 months, the postage for return and exchange shall be borne by the buyer.
More3-month orders are not processed after-sales.
When the number of exchanges exceeds500 pieces or the number of exchanges exceeds 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or the after-sales style is clearance style.

  About Mixed Batch

picking up the goods is scattered, one or two, more styles and less orders, because the ordered styles are too scattered, it takes a lot of time to find the goods, so if there are out-of-stock colors, the quantity of the same type will be increased or other colors of the same type will be sent instead of delivery, and the total number of orders will be shipped together. Please note.

  About shipment if you need to change the express delivery, please be sure to inform the customer service to change the remarks when placing the order. If you do not contact the customer service to make remarks or note by yourself, the goods will be delivered according to the default express delivery. Due to the huge shipment volume on the same day orders placed before 16:00 will be shipped on the same day if the stock is sufficient, and the buyer will be notified immediately or delayed for 1-2 days. Orders placed after 16:00 will be shipped the next day.
