Production process
Usually steel grid is made of high-voltage resistance welding machine automatically controlled by computer. The manipulator automatically places twisted square steel horizontally on flat steel evenly arranged, through strong welding power 1600KVA and hydraulic force 1000KN, twisted steel is squeezed into flat steel, thus obtaining high-quality products with strong welding spots, high stability and extremely high strength. The quality meets the standards of China YB4001-1991 and YB/T4001-1998, and can also be produced according to standards such as British BS4592-1-1995 and American ANSI/NAAMM(MBG531-88).
Product Type
The first one is a kind of steel product that uses lateral flat steel arranged according to a certain spacing and cross-welded with vertical twisted square steel (cross bar) to form rectangular spaces; there are two welding methods nowadays, one is pressure welding and the other is manual welding.
The second type is all welded by side flat steel slotted orthogonal male/female lug; Mostly manual welding.
The third type is called "interspersed with steel grid"-two flat irons with different intersection are punched in the middle and slotted on both sides of the relative position, and the welding point only exists at the edge, this welding method can only be manual welding!
