Regarding retail orders: Orders under 200 yuan are considered retail orders and can be shipped. Before the product is checked for quality and sent out, there will be no returns or exchanges once the sale is completed. If there are any issues with the transportation, we can negotiate a solution. About shipping: After you place an order and make payment, we will normally ship the goods within 48 hours, but if there are a lot of orders, it will take up to 72 hours. If there are any special circumstances that prevent us from shipping, we will contact you immediately. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot control the delivery speed. There may be various situations on the way to you, so please understand.
Return and Exchange:
Return Policy -- If the product itself suffers from a quality issue leading to the loss of its intended functions, we will process a return or exchange, but the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer (most issues can be resolved by simple methods such as replacing the battery, adjusting the battery placement, or connecting the wires...). For other reasons such as poor sales or not meeting expectations that are not due to quality issues with the product itself, we will not provide a return or exchange. If you do need to return the product, it must be in good condition with the original packaging, and the return will be subject to a discount based on the length of time since purchase, with all shipping costs to be borne by the buyer.
About after-sales service
Product quality issues leading to missing functionality will be dealt with through a return or exchange process. Please report any product issues to our after-sales service within 10 days of receipt (time of signature applies), after which we will not accept any feedback on after-sales issues.
If the cumulative weight of products with quality problems reaches 20KG, the return shipping costs will be borne by our store (please contact our online customer service for details on whether to send by courier or logistics). If you want to return the goods in advance without meeting the weight requirements, the transportation costs for both ways will be borne by the buyer.
Please contact our customer service to register the quality issue for processing. If the product has not been registered, it will not be eligible for return or exchange.
