Ordering Instructions
To ensure the responsibilities and obligations of both parties, this regulation is specially formulated. Please understand and thank you! We generally do not accept returns (if the product has quality problems, it can be negotiated for a replacement, but the transportation costs need to be borne by the buyer. Our quotes are all factory prices without any fees. Our products are inspected by quality inspectors to ensure that the quality of the products is 100% without problems. The following conditions do not allow for returns or exchanges: damaged or incomplete packaging of the returned product, incomplete accessories or related materials, unauthorized repair or modification, use or storage not in accordance with normal methods, and goods beyond the post-sale service period.
1. Shipping Time:
Deliveries will be made on the same day or the next day after receipt of payment. If there are too many orders, we will try to arrange them for delivery within three days. For special large orders, it is necessary to communicate with us for the specific delivery time. The delivery time will be determined by the communication between both parties. If there are special needs to choose express delivery, it is necessary to communicate in time with the customer service.
II. Freight Charges
1、Logistics: We can only estimate the freight costs for the goods on behalf of the buyer, and the actual freight costs are based on the amount at the time of pickup. We can control the shipping time, but we cannot guarantee the arrival time of the freight station. Please understand! 2、Express delivery: We will calculate the express delivery costs and add them to the order before payment. 3、We do not assume the round-trip freight costs for all orders, and we do not assume the freight costs for exchange or return orders. Please read the order carefully before placing it.
III. Receiving Standards:
1. Please carefully inspect the goods in front of the logistics freight company personnel when you pick up the goods. If you find that the outer box is seriously deformed, damaged, the sealing packaging tape is broken or defective, or the sealing tape is incomplete, and there are obvious signs of being opened and sealed, please open and count the goods in person to check, and if there is any error, please negotiate with the logistics company on the spot to solve the compensation, and if it cannot be solved, please contact us in time at the freight station for consultation; otherwise, after signing, it will be considered as agreeing to accept the goods.
Four: About After-sales Service:
If there are any quality issues or unsold products, our store will exchange them for other products of the same amount. Customers can negotiate with our customer service for the return or exchange of goods. If we receive the returned goods with intact packaging and accessories, we will exchange them and send them out. If you need to return the goods, we will return them at 80% off the original price, and we will not bear any costs for transportation.
Article 5: Exemption from Liability
1. All goods are produced and shipped based on customer orders. The products are generally made of plastic materials, and the packaging is made of paper. During transportation, especially in some long-distance cities, it is possible that some products may suffer from transportation losses (such as minor scratches caused by collisions or slight deformations in the packaging of some color boxes). To avoid damage, we will use double-layer logistics packaging, add cushioning, and stack tightly to prevent damage. The transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. We will not bear the responsibility for damage caused by transportation. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangements, and traffic conditions, and it will not be used as a reason for returning the goods.
2. Our toys are of high quality and affordable, and they are really worth the money. Some buyers have reported that they feel the workmanship is somewhat rough, with imperfections, and that the materials are not of high quality, which does not meet their expectations, etc. However, these do not fall under quality issues. No product is perfect, and we have uploaded the real-photo images of each product on our website. We understand that some buyers may be too picky, and we apologize for any inconvenience.
