Shipping Instructions

6. How are damaged products handled?

If the product received is damaged and cannot be used, please take photos within 48 hours and confirm them to our customer service. We will archive and retain them. The processing method is: 1. Each party bears half of the loss (less than 1500 yuan). 2. It can be sent with the next shipment, if the number is large, it can also be sent first, 3. When the next shipment, the amount of payment will be offset.
