2. All product colors and styles will be shipped at random. If you have specific requirements, please consult our store customer service.

5. Logistics Introduction: Customers are advised to choose a logistics company that is relatively close to them and is familiar with, as we are not aware of the traffic conditions in your city. We generally send standard logistics at random, and the unloading point is unknown to you. Please note that we cannot refund the shipment because it is far away from you. The cost of transportation should be declared in advance. We can generally control the price for direct logistics. For cities that require transfers, the costs of two transfers are beyond our control. It is recommended that you find a familiar logistics company to avoid unexpected costs due to two transfers. If you do not find a suitable logistics company, we cannot guarantee the costs of two transfers. We will not be held hostage to ask us to compensate for the additional transportation costs. When our warehouse is packing, we will be very careful. Our long-standing customers should be aware that we will try our best to pack well, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no damage during transportation. If you require the store to bear the damage, please pay an additional 10% damage prevention fee on the product. If there is damage, we will make compensation. If this fee is not paid, we will automatically consider the customer has given up this requirement. We will not bear the damage if there is no payment. When you sign for the logistics or express delivery, please open the box to check if there is any damage. If there is damage, please refuse to sign in person and contact the logistics or express delivery for compensation. If you do not check the goods before signing, you will bear the consequences yourself.
Self-collection instructions for logistics:
Freight charges are paid upon delivery, and if you do not inquire about the freight in advance, and then complain about the cost after arrival, or request a return, we will not accept it! Please enter '0' for the shipping cost when placing an order. Please be sure to inspect the goods and sign for them. If you sign without inspection, and then claim missing items, deformation, or damage after returning home, we will not be responsible. If the product cannot be sold or used due to customer reasons and you request a return, we will not accept it. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason. If you are concerned, please be careful when placing an order!
6. Due to the fact that our store sells only mid-range and low-end products, the quality of our products is excellent, but it is difficult to control individual defects. We suggest that customers who are too picky should look elsewhere, as our products are all priced at a few yuan. These products cannot be compared to those that cost dozens or hundreds of yuan. Please understand. Individual damage to low-cost goods is normal. Customers who cannot accept this should not make orders, to avoid unnecessary trouble. Before the goods are sent out, we will check the integrity of the products to reduce the rate of damage. Sometimes, products may also be damaged during transportation, which we cannot control, as the transportation company is not our own. 7. There is an additional fee for changing the delivery address. Please carefully check the address before placing an order to ensure it is correct. Any additional handling charges due to incorrect address entries will be the responsibility of the customer.
Due to personal issues of the buyer, the return or rejection of the goods and the return freight cost must be borne by the buyer.
8. All products are handmade, minor imperfections such as tiny loose threads or black spots do not constitute quality issues. If you are particular about these details, please consider carefully before purchasing!
Note: All dimensions are measured by hand. Due to different measurement methods, an error of 1.5 cm is considered normal.
9. Plastic products may break during transportation, which is not a quality issue, as the violence of logistics handling cannot be controlled, and damage is inevitable. If there is any damage, you must contact customer service or communicate by phone before returning the goods (the store manager's phone number is 15553992032). If you do not notify us, we will not accept the return, and the buyer will bear all responsibilities.
. Direct logistics and transshipment logistics are all included in the damage, so if there is enough damage to a whole piece, it will be returned in bulk, and we do not accept returns for half a piece or less. If this situation occurs, we will not accept the return.
10. The color and weight of the product may vary due to different production batches, and it is impossible for each product to have exactly the same weight to the smallest decimal place. Those who are sensitive to this should avoid purchasing to avoid any unnecessary troubles.
Customized products are subject to printing and cannot be resold once they are printed. Please carefully verify the template content before placing an order. Once the design is confirmed, the content cannot be changed. Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable!!
