05  membership rights

note: store products are real price, special offer/activity products, customized products, etc. do not participate in member discounts.

01 declaration

this process applies only non-customized products(Customization is subject to the agreement of both parties. By default, it is not a quality problem and cannot be returned or exchanged).

02 after-sales validity period

if the quality problem is found within 48 hours after signing, contact customer service to register and handle it. If the quality problem is confirmed, refund/exchange is supported (our company bears the freight).

03 return conditions

consumers of Yiwu Qiyue Ornament Co., Ltd provide 7-day return service without reason.
No return service is available for products under the following circumstances:
1. Used and artificially damaged goods

2. Quality problems caused by customers themselves
3. Goods received more than 7 days
4. The product list is not sent back, or the reason for return and the quantity of return are not indicated on the product list.
5. The outer packaging, accessories and gifts of the product are defective.
6. Customized products

1. Please confirm whether the goods you want to return are returned or not.
2. Contact customer service to register relevant exchange information ( please contact customer service staff for handling)
3. Log in to your 1688 account to select the product and click return. The reason for refund is selected "and the seller has reached an agreement"
4. Return the returned goods to the following address after the refund specialist agrees with your application. ( refuse to receive the payment!)
5. After sending the goods, you need to enter the return page again and click [fill in the logistics information] to fill in the logistics company, logistics order number and contact number.
6. After we receive your returned goods and pass the review (confirm that the accessories are complete without affecting the secondary sales), we will refund you within the specified time.
※ The return you applied for may be rejected because the application method does not comply with relevant regulations. Please contact customer service as soon as possible to avoid delaying the refund progress.

due to the exchange problem, we need to confirm the inventory of the goods, so please contact customer service staff for handling.
On the premise that the customer service personnel confirm that the goods you need to replace are in stock, please cooperate with us to do the following:
1. Contact customer service to register relevant exchange information (color, quantity, exchange address, recipient, contact number, etc.).
