Please be informed. If the dial is damaged or the hands do not work, please contact customer service to send it back for replacement. Shipping costs: the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and the seller is responsible for the shipping fee. If you need to return the product, all costs are borne by the buyer, including the shipping fee from the seller. The refund will only cover the amount of the watch, not the shipping fee.
