Car transportation goods: Due to the reality of the goods themselves, sometimes a shipment may have damage within 3% to 5%, which is considered normal wear and tear. Please bear the responsibility yourself. In the case of a large amount of damage due to force majeure (natural disasters) or accidental accidents (such as car accidents), please consult with us to jointly demand compensation from the car transportation company. Both parties should bear the responsibility together. Our store will assume the corresponding responsibility of the seller. Other general cases of damage are the responsibility of the car transportation department.
Delivered goods by courier:
Please check when you receive the goods: Is the outer packaging intact, and is there any damage to the contents! The courierIf you do not cooperate with the inspection, you can complain to the corresponding express company. For items that are susceptible to damage, they should be opened and inspected in person to ensure there is no damage! If there is, please refuse to sign!
