a. Return and exchange, warranty:

b. Return and exchange conditions:
[Mixed batch samples] support seven days no reason to return, one year warranty. Please communicate with the store customer service before returning or returning the product, otherwise you will refuse to accept it.
[Distribution and wholesale] Long-Term Cooperative distributors/wholesalers receive products with quality problems detected by the inspection, and they need to return about 10 defective products (if they have not been used or the protective film has not been exposed, they will be replaced directly, if you have used the appearance to affect the secondary sales, the warranty will be handled within the validity period, and the parts will be damaged outside the validity period will be paid for maintenance)

c. Return fee:
i. Return and exchange fees (shipment packaging, product depreciation, goods inspection and inventory, and secondary QC):
★Unsalable products with regular selling prices only support discount recycling and replacement of other products;
★Unsalable within one month after placing an order, the value of the goods is free of discount, and the return freight is replaced at your own expense;
★Unsalable within 2 months after placing an order, with a discount of 9.5 of the value of the goods;
★Unsalable within 3-5 months from the time of placing an order, with a discount of 9.5 of the value of the goods;
★Less than half a year after placing an order, 20% off the value of the goods;
★Returns are not accepted for more than one year or more than 400.

2. Return and exchange mailing costs

Note:

1. Make sure that the watch is not unpacked and used, and that the product is intact. All returned and returned watches will not affect the secondary sales;

2. If the goods are damaged due to human reasons, they will only be repaired and not exchanged, and the return postage shall be borne by the buyer;

maintenance instructions: free maintenance items include problems such as needle dropping, Diamond dropping, inaccurate walking, and stopping walking caused by non-human reasons (only the cost of spare parts is charged for watch failures caused by human reasons)

special note:

1. Watches are high-precision and high-value products. Please wear them normally according to the instructions, which has improved the actual service life of the products;

2. The appearance of the Watch belongs to vulnerable parts, and scratches and watchband wear in normal use are not covered by the warranty.
