3. About transportation and distribution. Wholesale is mainly based on logistics and freight, and is shipped from Yiwu, where logistics is developed. IV. Return and exchange rules

4. The loss of 2% of some defective products and orders is normal. If the loss is serious after each transaction, please contact customer service within 7 days. If the customer fails to give up the right of after-sales service, not accepted.
5. The buyer shall bear the part that the damage rate of the product exceeds 4% of the order. That is, in addition to normal losses, we will bear 2% more compensation for each order.
6. Return and return freight shall be borne by the buyer. The quality problem of return and exchange is based on the actual freight charged (if the delivery fee is 5 yuan, the return will only bear the freight compensation of 5 yuan).
V. Return or exchange is not accepted under the following circumstances

The customer pays the freight in advance. After receiving the product, the company will post the freight and the actual cost of the product according to the Post Office List, if the customer returns the product by express delivery or other means without communicating with the customer service, the company will reject it.
3. Return packages are returned in real name (that is, fill in the name of the orderer). Before the return package is delivered, you must communicate with the customer service and send the return list.
