About after-sales service
1. Goods damaged due to human factors (e.g., misuse, collision, negligence, abuse, accidents, etc.), incomplete packaging, and goods that have been processed more than once are not eligible for returns.
2. About returns and exchanges: Please contact our sales customer service to confirm before making a return or exchange. If you return without customer service's permission, we will refuse to accept the return. Our sales customer service will handle matters related to returns and exchanges, and only accept them if they meet the standards for returns and exchanges. After the warehouse receives the return request, it will search for the express delivery order. If the information is unclear, the return will be rejected. Please carefully check the quantity of returns, and carefully fill out the return documents.
3. If the buyer is not satisfied with the quality of our products, they must communicate with our sales customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods to negotiate and handle returns and exchanges. If the situation is not reported after 7 days of receiving the goods, we will have the right to refuse to accept returns and exchanges as well as complaints! Thank you!
