2. Pre-sales instructions: in order to arrange production as soon as possible, please pay 30% advance payment (Bank/Alipay) first. We will confirm the product design draft as soon as possible and confirm it to you. After the goods are finished, please settle the balance on the day of shipment, and we will arrange shipment immediately.

3. Customized product description: your product can be designed by yourself or by our speciality design personnel free of charge. We will try our best to design the product to your satisfaction, the designed products can only be produced after your confirmation, so I hope you can carefully check the color, text and other information of the artwork and confirm it by email.

4. Logistics description: product delivery is generally delivered by logistics. From your perspective, the delivery price is reasonable. The logistics fee is calculated by the length of the journey and the actual Volume in cubic meters. Since the freight varies from place to place, please contact customer service or choose freight collect before purchasing.

Note: logistics companies generally do not provide door-to-door delivery service. We are responsible for shipping the goods to your city, and the logistics company will inform you to pick up the goods at the logistics point.

5. Sample Description: In order not to disturb the market order, the products are wholesale and supplied uniformly. If you need samples, we will provide them free of charge. You only need to pay the freight. For more information, please contact customer service.

6. Signing instructions: After you receive the goods, please check whether the packaging is complete. If the outer packaging is damaged, wet or stained, please make it clear in front of the logistics company and reject it! All problems that occur when you do not check the packaging in front of the logistics company will be borne by you!

7. Color difference description: there will be some color difference between the product color sample and the actual product. If there is slight difference between the actual product and the color sample, it is normal, please be sure to see this clause clearly and consider it clearly before purchasing. The color difference problem will not be used as the basis for return and exchange. The color is subject to the actual goods.
