3. Damage to the goods during transportation:
Please open the box in front of the logistics or courier personnel to check when receiving the goods. Please make sure to inspect the goods before signing for them. Product damage within 5% is considered normal. We will provide a service to re-order and send replacement parts to repair the damage, but we do not send them separately.
