If the quantity is large, you need to send logistics, please contact customer service. If the quantity is small, it will be delivered by Express, and if the quantity is large, it will be operated by logistics. Express delivery is simply calculated by the seller to report the freight to the merchant, and the logistics is borne by the buyer in the form of on-arrival payment. All transportation is completed by a third-party logistics company, which is beyond our control. The transportation time is affected by many factors such as weather, vehicle arrangement, traffic conditions, etc. We will give you the estimated transportation time for reference only and not as the content of the contract, it is not used as a reason for returning goods.

2. About price

3. Pictures and color difference

all products are real-shot pictures, which restore the angle and color of the product itself with high-definition pixels as much as possible. However, the resolution of each computer is different. All dimensions are measured manually, and the 1-2CM error is normal.

4. Receipt instructions

1. Sign-in: Please sign in person when signing the package. If you find that the quantity does not match and the goods are damaged, Please seal them as they are and refuse them immediately. Contact the customer service immediately in front of the courier and return them after confirmation by the customer service (if you do not contact the customer service, return them by yourself, the buyer will bear the return freight). 2. Damage: The responsibility for damage caused by transportation will not be borne by our company (we recommend that you choose logistics with insurance such as Debon and Jiaji). However, we will make every effort to help customers solve this problem, and our company will assist customers to contact and communicate with express delivery or claim compensation. Please check the quantity and appearance of the goods with The Courier (this is your right). If the quantity is incorrect or the appearance is damaged, please sign and confirm by courier.

3. Return: any rejection, interception, and return that has not been notified and confirmed by our customer service...... Items, etc., will be borne by the buyer (including free shipping orders)

5. About after-sales and return

1. Return conditions-the quality problem of the product itself leads to the lack of functions of the product itself. We will return and exchange the product, but the freight incurred therefrom shall be borne by the buyer (most problems can be solved by replacing the battery, adjust the battery riding position, thread connection... and other simple ways to solve it. Sell toys and repair toys)

2. We will not provide return or exchange for other reasons such as poor sales, not as good as expected, flaws, burrs... and other non-product quality problems. Our products do not support retail customers to purchase for their own use. Such orders are not returning & amp; Exchanging supported, and after-sales services are not supported. (Less than 12 sets (excluding 12 sets) are retail orders, and return and after-sales services are not supported.

6. About delivery

the shipment volume of our store is increasing day by day, and because toy products are shipped too fast, products are often out of stock, especially in the peak sales season, the sales volume is plus-sized, and the goods have been mentioned soon, therefore, we do not rule out the possibility that some goods are out of stock after placing an order. Therefore, the delivery period is normal within one to three days. We will try our best to arrange early delivery. If you have goods, try to deliver them on the same day. If some of them are out of stock, they will be ready within three days. Please forgive me!
Solution to shortage problem: generally, we will contact the consignee to inform the reason of shortage, and obtain the consignee's consent to change the style or color, etc. If the consignee cannot be contacted, the default principle is to deliver as much as the goods can be delivered according to the order. The remaining payment will be returned to the purchaser in full amount.
