About placing an order: Natural gemstones may have ice patterns, cracks, cotton, mineral deficiencies, etc., which are normal phenomena. Please think carefully before placing an order. We reserve the right to cancel the purchase qualification for those who refuse to place orders repeatedly.

About returns: We support a 7-day return policy without any reason, provided the item is in an unaffected condition for resale. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept any return or exchange requests after 7 days, regardless of the reason. We do not accept returns for more than 10 items due to non-quality issues. In the event of a special reason, please contact our customer service (Note: For some special products, such as custom-made or modified items, there is no return or exchange policy).

About sizes: The measurements are manually taken, and there may be a 1mm error due to differences in product batches and measurement methods. If you need to customize the size, please contact customer service.

About repairs: The product is entitled to lifetime free repairs. The cost of return shipping and the cost of replacing stones or parts is the buyer's responsibility.
