Anaerobic adhesive is a single component, high viscosity, high strength thread lock sealant. This product solidifies between two closely matched metal surfaces and is isolated from air to avoid loosening and leakage of thread fastening. It has the characteristics of heat resistance, pressure resistance, low temperature resistance, drug resistance, shock absorption, anti-corrosion, etc. It is cold curing cold setting fast, high strength, energy saving, good sealing performance, glue-line overflow and non-curing, easy to remove. |

| It is used for permanent locking and sealing of threaded fasteners below M36 to prevent thread corrosion. Typical use: double head stud screw-in end locking (such as cylinder head stud). | ||
| Instructions for use: | ||
|
1. Clean the surface of the bonded object and keep it clean, dry and free of oil stains; 2. Apply enough glue to the bolts to fill all the meshing threads. The thin glue layer below 0.05mm of this product works well; 3. For jumbo size threads, the gap will affect the curing speed and strength of the product. This product will reduce the friction caused by Assembly (high torque tension). For applications where the thread needs to be tightened to a critical value, this ratio needs to be determined first. |

1. This product contains acrylic acid, which slightly irritates skin and eyes; 2. If it touches the skin or eyes during operation, rinse or seek medical treatment with clear water immediately; 3. In order to avoid contamination of raw glue, do not pour the poured glue back to the original packaging; 4. Keep ventilation in the workplace to avoid children's contact; 5. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place and keep away from high temperature; 6. When users use it in batches, please do the test first.
