Customization Instructions;

1. Pre-sale instructions: Our company's custom products are for offline transactions. After the buyer confirms the LOGO design draft, both parties agree on the final price, and then the buyer pays a 30% deposit to us. We will begin the printing process. Before the product is shipped, please settle the remaining balance with us, and we will then ship the product.

2. Customization Instructions: The logo and text of the advertising cups are provided by the customizer. After our company typesets and produces them, we will send them back for confirmation by the customizer. Once the customizer confirms there are no errors, the cups can be printed. For orders of less than 500 cups, there will be a logo plate fee charged based on whether the logo is single-color or multi-color. For orders of 500 cups or more in single color, the logo will be free.

III. Time Specification: For custom orders of advertising cups with a quantity of less than 1000, the time required for printing the logo is approximately 2-3 days, with the shipment expected to take approximately one week.

IV. Logistics Instructions: The price of this product does not include shipping fees. All customers nationwide will choose logistics to ship with freight collect (please rest assured, freight collect by courier is more expensive, and the price of logistics with freight collect is the same). The logistics cost and time will be discussed based on the location. The shipping fee is subject to the actual price charged by the logistics company. We will select a logistics company with reasonable and cheap shipping fees to ship. The general logistics fee is about 1%-5% of the actual goods.

V. Receipt Instructions: In the event of lost items during transportation, please inspect the goods upon receipt (checking for any damage to the packaging and the correct quantity) before signing for them. If there are any shortages, please refuse to sign and write down the missing items on the parcel form. If there are signs of the parcel being opened, please contact us immediately. We will handle the situation appropriately. If problems arise after signing, we will be unable to help. A signature by another person is also considered as receipt.
