About after-sales
1. If The Express is lost, please contact the courier company to issue a proof of the loss of the goods (including the Express number, the name, specification and quantity of the internal parts), and contact the customer service department of the platform to handle the claim.
2. When signing, the recipient found that the outer packaging and inner parts were obviously damaged. He needed to take photos on the spot to obtain evidence and count the number of internal goods, and indicate the damage on the waybill and ask the courier company to issue a damage certificate (the certification content includes the express order number, the name, specification and quantity of the inner parts and the damage situation), reject the case on the spot and return it by the deliverer, and then contact the platform customer for claim processing.
3. If the recipient finds that the goods are partially damaged after signing, he/she needs to take photos and collect evidence of the original goods, count the quantity of the goods, and contact the courier company to issue a damage certificate (the content of the certificate includes the express order number, the name, specification, quantity and damage of the internal parts), and then contact the platform customer to claim compensation. If the relevant departments have proved that the Express is damaged when the outer packaging is intact, no compensation will be paid.
