1. All products in our store do not include free shipping. Buyers can choose to send goods by logistics or express delivery. Please contact our customer service before placing an order to inquire about the specific costs. If you place an order without specifying whether to send by logistics or express delivery or have not paid the shipping fee, we will not ship the goods. After payment, if the quantity is small, we will generally ship in the afternoon, and if the quantity is large, we will ship within 2-3 days. If we cannot ship in time, we will contact the seller.

3. Plastic plant pots are fragile items, and despite our packaging, there may still be a certain rate of damage due to various reasons such as logistics transportation. As logistics companies only guarantee delivery but not damage, we cannot guarantee 100% damage-free delivery. If there is any damage after receiving the goods, the buyer can return them to us, and we will compensate at the original price, or replace them with new ones.
