      2. About chromatic aberration    product photos are taken in kind, but due to the influence of shooting light, there may be a slight color difference between the picture and the actual object. Please refer to the actual color at the end.

      3. About smell shoes are sent directly from the factory, and they are packaged immediately after production. It is inevitable that there is some smell, which is a normal phenomenon. Leave the shoes in a ventilated place for a few days, and the smell will disappear naturally. For new shoes, this is inevitable. If you are sensitive to odor, please consider carefully before purchasing. Odor is not the basis for return and exchange.

      4. About after-sales service there is no quality problem with the product. We do not support returning the product. The quality of our products can be assured, if there is any quality problem, you can return or exchange it. Return and exchange cannot be paid by express delivery or surface mail. Payment on arrival and plain mail will be rejected!

      5. About the general situation of shipment, order before 17:00 every day, delivery on the same day, order the next day after 17:00, logistics company will pick up the goods at about 5:00 every day.

      6. Mode of despatch①: express delivery, customers can choose. If you require express delivery, please make it clear in advance so that we can contact express delivery to calculate the express delivery fee. Express delivery in remote areas does not go, because the cost is relatively high.
