II. Transportation Instructions
1. There are three ways to ship: brand logistics. General freight. Express.
2. All product quotes do not include shipping and handling fees, taxes (shipping fees need to be paid by the customer themselves). To save on shipping costs and speed up the delivery, we usually use logistics truck transport for cities that can be reached by truck. We also support Jiaji, Debang, Huayu logistics (if you have your own specified logistics, we can send it for you).
3. Shipping Time: Due to the large volume of wholesale, we need to place an order with the warehouse first, and then arrange for picking, packaging, and making wooden crates. We generally ship within 72 hours, so please don't worry, it's best to place an order in advance, thank you for your understanding.

2. How are defective products handled?

3. After receiving the goods, if you have any questions, you can contact your customer service. To better handle the after-sales service for you.
4. If we deliver the goods in time, but the delay in delivery caused by the freight company or other reasons, we will not bear any responsibility or compensation.
5. The customer shall check the quantity and quality of the goods within 4 days of receiving them and report any problems to after-sales customer service for processing in a timely manner. If there are no objections within 4 days after arrival, it will be deemed that there are no problems with this cooperation and the transaction will be completed. Refunds for dissatisfaction subjectively, based on imagined reasons, and actually without quality problems, will not be accepted. All professional packaging is carefully checked before shipping.
6. Before returning the product, please communicate with our customer service to confirm the product category and quantity. If the return is made without any prior notice, we will not process it.
