Without rules, there is no square and circle. By purchasing products in our store, you agree to the following wholesale terms! Therefore, please read carefully, please do not be stingy with this two minutes, to avoid any unhappy disputes in the future!

1. About wholesale quantities:

OOOur store offers a minimum order quantity of 3 pieces or a mixed batch of 200 yuan (with no limit on the number of pieces in each style). There are no restrictions on styles, colors, or sizes for mixed batches. Orders that have been paid will be shipped in the order they were received. For large volume customers, we recommend that you first take samples (samples are not exchangeable or returnable) to inspect the goods. We do not encourage a trial-and-error approach to large-scale orders.

Section Two: About the Price and Discounts:

OOThe prices on our website are factory prices. Wholesaling profits are far less than retail profits. Wholesaling relies on volume to earn a small profit. The prices on the website are already affordable. Each product has three corresponding quantities with three prices. If you order the corresponding quantity, you can enjoy the price. Orders that are shot, if the amount is over 500 yuan in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai, can be shipped by courier; for other regions, if the amount is over 1500 yuan, you can avoid one random logistics fee. All our discounts are not repeated, and all the preferential items are single items. Free shipping is not negotiable, and negotiation is not free shipping. Since there are many customers consulting on Alipay, those who blindly negotiate may not receive our timely response.

III. About Shipping and Courier (Please refer to the shipping cost table below)

OOOrders placed after payment at our store are defaulted to be shipped by ZTO Express. Shipping fees are charged according to the standard listed below, which is automatically set by the system. After placing an order, there is no need to make any changes. If you feel that the shipping fee is too high, you can also send it by the Post Small Packet, with a weight limit of 3 kilograms per parcel. You can contact our customer service to help you calculate the shipping fee for the Post Small Packet. After the Post Small Packet is shipped, you can check the logistics message within 2 days, and you can receive the goods within about a week. Except for special circumstances, we generally do not offer free shipping. In many cases, the shipping fee is even higher than our profit. Large items can also be shipped by courier.

About the shipping of large goods:

1. Orders with a large quantity of goods (generally over 1500 yuan or more) can be shipped (cargo transport), and the freight can be paid in advance or upon arrival. The specific payment method can be negotiated with the customer service. The arrival time generally varies from 3-7 days, depending on the distance from the buyer's area and whether it is a direct city. For direct city freight, it costs 15-30 yuan per box (pack) of goods, and for intermediate prefecture-level cities, it costs 30-50 yuan per box (pack) of goods. The measurement unit is a box or a package, as long as it can be reasonably packed, it is filled. The specific operation of freight (cargo transport): Yiwu has a complete freight system, and it is usually operated by individual private owners from Yiwu to a certain city. There are 1-2 classes a day, and they do not take any names, they are all called Yiwu to which city's special line. (Generally, county-level units can be reached, and municipal units have special lines. County-level units need to transfer), normally, we can arrive within 3-7 days after we send it out.
OOAfter arrival, they will call the phone number written on the box or the outer packaging to have you pick up the goods at the designated unloading point. The freight charge is about 15 to 50 yuan per box, depending on the number of boxes. The more boxes you have, the more discount you will get. The freight charge and time are related to how far away you are from Yiwu and whether you are in a big city.
OOThis method is used by users more frequently, except in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai. The main advantages are speed and affordability, while the main disadvantages are that users need to go to the unloading station to pick up their own goods and cannot always check online where the goods are at any time.
OOIf the goods arrive, it will be easy for you if you have a car to go and pick them up directly. If you don't have a car, you can ask them when they notify you if they can deliver the goods to your door. If they can deliver, there will be an additional delivery fee and it will be quite expensive. If you decide to have them deliver to your door, it will depend on your bargaining skills and how familiar you are with your area.

OOIf buyers who often purchase goods in Yiwu and often send consignments can leave a message to note where the shipment is to be sent, we generally ship from freight markets such as Jiangbeixiazhu and nearby areas. You can leave a message to note the area where you have previously shipped (e.g., Area and Number of the Beixiazhu Freight Market), so we can also send to the specified location as you request. This will make it convenient for you to pick up your goods. If there is no message, we will send to the location we know.
2、Brand Logistics
OOWe can also send brand logistics for large quantities of goods, with the freight collected upon delivery. For example, we can send with Deyong, Tian Di Hua Yu, Xin Bang, and Jia Ji, etc. Please check in advance whether there is a pickup point near your location. If there is no pickup point, we cannot send. If there is, please leave a message with the name of the logistics and the specific pickup point, and let us know when it is convenient for you to pick up.
Brand logistics is much more expensive than freight (cargo) transportation, but you can check the freight tracking record online!

Fourthly, about the problem of placing an order:

Due to the large workload of customer service and warehouse staff, 1. If you need any goods, colors, sizes, or quantities, please take photos of the goods, colors, sizes, and quantities. 2. We will only ship the goods, colors, quantities, sizes, and addresses displayed in the system after your order is placed. Please confirm the products when taking photos, and any records in the Alipay chat will not be counted. If the error of the goods, colors, sizes, quantities, or addresses leads to the buyer not receiving the goods, the buyer will be responsible for the consequences. Please understand! 3. The product color can be based on the detailed description and our actual photos; however, due to the differences in monitors, color differences are normal and will not be considered as a color error.

5. About the shipping time:

All orders that have been fully paid for will be shipped within 72 hours after the order is placed, possibly the same day, possibly the next day, or the day after that; we will send them out as quickly as possible; due to the large daily shipment volume, we need to ship them in the order they are placed, please understand! If there is a large order volume during a promotional activity, there will be adjustments, please consult the customer service for any questions; there will be no exceptions and the orders will be shipped on schedule.

Article 6: Details of After-sales Exchange and Return Policy:

1. All products in our store are directly sold by the factory and do not support 7-day free returns and exchanges.

2. For products with quality issues, please contact customer service within two working days after receipt to resolve the problem (for customers with large quantities, you can communicate with customer service in advance to handle the situation appropriately);

OOCustomers who are not satisfied with the product can contact customer service within two working days after receipt to apply for returns and exchanges. After negotiation, the goods should be returned within one working day. If the return is not made within this time, a 20% depreciation fee will be deducted.

OOIf the item is not returned within 3 days, a depreciation fee of 30%-50% will be charged! If the item is not returned or signed for within a week, the return and exchange policy will no longer be accepted after one week!

3. Direct wholesale without samples is accepted for orders over 500 yuan. If the customer is not satisfied with the goods and wants to return them, we will not accept a full return for non-quality issues.

OOWe can accept a 50% return and exchange of goods for orders, and the return shipping fee is borne by the buyer. If the order is exempt from shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted, including the courier fee, the freight of the delivery vehicle, and the logistics fee. In addition, 10% of the return and exchange amount will be charged for the labor costs of picking, inspection, packing, unpacking, re-packaging, inspection, and listing. Therefore, if you order a large quantity, please take samples first, or please take responsibility for yourself!

4. For any errors in the goods we send, the buyer must contact the seller within 2 working days after receiving the goods to communicate the handling method. If the problem is raised after this time, it will be considered that the buyer has accepted that the product was shipped without any errors.

5、Regarding the missing items, wholesale shipments are not as large as retail shipments, and it is inevitable that one or two products may be missed in a certain package. Please contact us immediately, and we will verify the discrepancy and either refund the shortfall to your Alipay account or reduce the difference in the next order to compensate for the missing items. We do not support re-deliveries because sometimes the shipping costs for one or two missing pieces of clothing can be higher than their actual value. (At the same time, we would like to clarify: before each shipment, we will carefully pack and weigh the goods. If your order is short, as each pair of pants weighs the same, we will need you to weigh the items to verify the shortfall. We will also confirm the weight with the courier company. After receiving the goods, please confirm that the product packaging is intact to avoid any issues during the delivery. If it is our factory that has made a mistake, we will take full responsibility and handle the situation for you. However, if some of our customers feel they can try to be clever, please weigh the items yourself. Both the courier company and our factory have weight records. To avoid any inconvenience or embarrassment for you, we do not want to see this situation.)

6. Return Address; The address on the shipping parcel is an unknown address. Before returning the product, please contact customer service to obtain the return and exchange address; We only accept the return parcel information provided by us, and refuse to accept other parcels. If the buyer does not contact us in advance and returns the product without our agreement, we will charge a depreciation fee of 30%-50%.

7. The following issues are considered quality problems: large-area open threads, holes, and pull threads, etc., and any caused by human factors are not included. Please take photos and contact the Alibaba customer service. If the issue is verified to be a quality problem, we will provide a reasonable solution. The specific solution will depend on the specific situation.

OOThe following do not belong to quality problems: too large, too small, too thin, too thick, transparent, size does not match, color difference, size is not suitable, asymmetry, fabric quality is poor, poor workmanship, wire head, not suitable, wearing.

8. The following situations do not provide a return service: after the goods are signed for, more than one week, out-of-season products, products that affect second-hand sales, and products that have been removed from the shelves.

9. Return shipping fees: If there are quality issues, the shipping fee will be borne by our side; if there are no quality issues, the buyer will bear the cost. However, when buyers return goods, they will need to help pay for the return shipping. For quality-related returns, once we receive the goods, the shipping fee will be refunded to you according to the following shipping standards! We accept cheap delivery services or postal mail for returns, and do not send high-priced services such as EMS or SF Express!

To reduce trouble for both parties, all return or exchange applications or after-sales services are only accepted once and processed once. For the same order, we do not accept a second application or after-sales service. No merchant can do this.
