




Purchasing Terms and Conditions:
◆. Because our products are handmade small accessories, they are all handmade, so some imperfections are inevitable. Customers who are too picky should not buy.
◆. Within 7 days from the date of receipt (as confirmed by the shipping receipt signature date), if you find any major quality problems with the products, please contact us immediately; we will not accept any claims after this period.
◆. Since it is impossible for customers to inspect all products individually upon receipt, we allow a 7-day period after receipt to discover any quality issues. We will offer exchange or return services for any products with quality problems.
◆. If the customer specifies a color or style for the product, we will try our best to meet their needs, but we may not be able to fully meet their requirements. If the color and style do not meet the customer's expectations, we will not offer exchanges or returns (the customer may indicate that if the goods cannot be procured as required, they can be treated as out of stock).
◆. If the buyer claims dissatisfaction or poor sales as the reason, and the product does not have any quality issues, we will not provide a refund or exchange.
◆. Customers are required to open the packaging boxes for inspection upon receipt, regardless of whether the outer packaging boxes are damaged. If there are any damaged products due to transportation issues, please obtain a proof with the company's seal from the relevant transportation company and provide it to us. We will assist the customer in making a claim. If the goods are damaged or lost due to logistics, we will not assume any responsibility.
All customers are requested to protect the integrity of the product packaging, the completeness of accessories, and related documents. For products with quality issues, we will provide exchange within the specified time; (The freight for individual exchange is borne by the customer, and it is recommended to exchange and supplement the next order)

If the product packaging is incomplete, the accessories or related materials are not complete; unauthorized repair or modification; use or storage in an abnormal manner; beyond the product warranty period; if the returned product is labeled, falsification, we will not assume the responsibility for exchange or return;
