Air freight logistics: If your goods are quite heavy (over 30 kilograms, or from non-Yangtze River Delta regions), we strongly recommend that you use air freight logistics to reduce transportation costs. For example, shipping a 10-kilogram item to Shenzhen, the courier fee is typically between 40-50 yuan, whereas air freight costs only 10-15 yuan. The time it takes to receive your goods from logistics and courier services is similar. After the goods are dispatched and delivered, the forwarding department will call you to pick up your goods at the designated forwarding point. Generally, you need to pick up your goods within 3 days of arrival to avoid storage fees.

b) Since the factory may change the product packaging according to production conditions, the packaging and the images on the website or the goods you previously purchased may be different, which does not constitute a quality issue. We do not accept returns for this reason.

6 about the return
If there are any quality problems with the goods, you can exchange or return them within 60 days. We accept one exchange or return per order. You can accumulate the defective goods, and send them back to our company every 45 days. Please prepay the postage, and we will reimburse you for the parcel's 1 kilogram express fee after receiving the goods. This fee is calculated according to the standards announced on our website (the shipping and return express fees are the same).
